The cultures that are more harmonious and collectivist harvest rice, the individualist ones harvest wheat. An individual can push a plow through a wheat field. But a group is requiered to harvest rice. Then there is stuff in the U.S. vs Europe too where our geography is different Because the U.S. is so spread out we don’t seem to talk with our neighbors enough as any sort of socialized uprising that actually improves things for the relations of people does require that people talk with their neighbors and realize they their problems are the same. And then we also have to figure out a way to heal the right wing authoritarians wounds or at least better learn to manage them because they are a bio/social intergenerational pattern that we just need to learn to manage better.

This is the wrong question. The end game of that question is "can regenerative ag industrialize." The real question is what is a rational human scale. If humans didn't over populate the planet, we wouldn't be asking about regenerative ag's scale.

Just found this podcast. It's so weird I have been thinking about a lot of the things that have been discussed here for years now. The system is very fragile and I wonder if catastrophe is the only way we will adapt/adopt a better method of food production. I agree with his take on the World Economic Forum. There is a group that is just trying to think of solutions because they see the iceberg ahead. They're not evil they're just divorced from most people's realities. Leading by example is the only solution I can see. Really its the Jordan Peterson method of clean your room. The people trying to make the world better need to lead by example and take full responsibility for their lives.

How do you know that inner voice wants to help you and not deceive you? Is it possible demonic spirits want to deceive people? Start at the beginning. Full submersion. Man of God who says exactly: I baptize you in the name of Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Father Jesus will give you a separate spiritual baptism the sign of which is speaking in tongues

I mean... Have you felt how good you are after having a meal with less grains? It is just so much cleaner feeling than eating spaghetti or a sandwich. Pork chops, green beans, and carrots does a person so much better than empty carbs.

That is bs. Sorry guys. I run around with colitis for 32 years now. Flares can range from a couple of weeks to years and so can remission times. People on the internet claim to be healed if they don‘t experience symptoms for 2 years. That doesn’t mean you’re healed. I haven’t had anything for 5 years and thought I‘ve been healed. But out of nowhere the bleeding comes back. No nutrition, fasting, supplement would help. I‘m not that positive on all of these stories.

It's about wanting to put the effort and time in to cook healthier/healthy food. BASIC healthy meals don't cost too much money/time, but if you are used to eating take away curries and pizzas etc and you'd want to eat like that every day but now cook it yourself in a healthy way from scratch, yeah that'll cost you a lot of time. I've been vegan for ten years and feel much better than when I was a vegetarian. Stopped eating meat in my early teens. I don't drink or smoke, and most people think I'm years younger than I actually am. I'm not very fit, though, I need to work on exercise. I recently had a vegan Ben & Jerry's and it's the most hyper palatable food I've ever had, genuinely scared me. Cook from scratch and cook enough for 2-3 days. Then you put in 1-2 h once and have dinner for 2-3 days. Learn how to spot the discounts at supermarkets, buy in bulk when possible, you'll get better prices.
