it is possible to sleep hard without a japanese futon (often made out of plastic foam) or a tatami mat (often lined with some polymer). A wool carpet plus some blankets will work just as well. The thing is: It actually can help in some cases of chronic back pain. But not in all, this is also important to know.

Orange juice is a better choice than dairy. Whole milk has too much PUFA. All dairy has too much methionine. The only reason to have a small amount of diary would be for calcium, but your body tries to retain essential minerals so I don't worry about them.
@jdnexited4 күн бұрын
The fat in dairy is almost entirely saturated, and contains healthy things like stearic acid, and CLA, especially if it's from grass fed cows Some animal foods do contain some PUFA's do to the particular diet that the animals consumed but cows are very exempt from this do to their particular fat metabolism in their ruminant stomachs

I just made my first Lard body butter (using rendered Iberico pork fat from White Oak Pastures farm) yesterday! And coincidentally this clip shows up on my utube feed this morning!! 🙌 I’ve been making body butters and soaps with grassfed/finished tallow (which I’ve rendered myself also) for a few years now. I wasn’t sure how the lard base products would come out, but I’m super happy with how the body butter do! I combined it with organic jojoba. I’m going to listen to the full podcast today! Thanks guys! I’m thinking lard soap next? 🤔

If you are going to tell the truth, tell the whole truth. You don’t need the Japanese mats or futons. ThT is not natural either and become the next sales pitch!

To really understand Ray Peat you have to transcend the vernacular and nomenclature of orthodox science which are just complex metaphors to describe the human body in a reductionist fashion. You must think in terms of energy, frequency and how these affect the structural integrity of the human body and then apply these concepts in their proper context in order to customize what you really need for optimal vitality.

I did high meat and greens and no sugar except sweet potatoes baked fries and my reynauds autoimmune dieseaae went away… but it came back years later w diet changes thT I hadn’t eaten in like a decade bc of wildly outstanding circumstances and then I got ulcerative colitis. So i guess I’m saying it went away but wasn’t healed by high meat and I now truly believe fruit heals the body but we might need to do high meat until in remission enough to move to fruit and soft greens. Bc if stay in carnivore long term other issues will arise. But it can be super necessary for like a year. And basically limit all processed foods forever w uc right?

Great conversation, great to hear Bobby’s message being embraced and shared by so many. It is extremely disheartening when I was promoting MAHA at a local fair that Dems would walk by, roll their eyes and totally dismiss this critical movement, just because Bobby aligned with Trump. Better to encourage their grandkids to eat Kellogg cereal than embrace a healthy lifestyle, unbelievable!

The psyop was the weaponization of the FDA. Downplaying the risk of sugar and approving folic acid to enrich all the wheat and rice in America.. the USDA using farm loans to buy up and partition out builder plots in suburban areas around bigger cities, the subsidization of monocrop agriculture to prop up an industry built to cripple the soviets and others, and the large scale by out of land by foreign actors. And the financial benefit of the entire healthcare system to keep moving the needle forward. That's the psyop. Smaller, independent, clean farms. Health conscious, active communities making health decisions for themselves are the solution.
