Most of people doing choka pungdri are people who came to India from kham region of Tibet around 1980 and 90s most of them went to monasteries n now they became exmonk in New York, France Canada so on. So they continued to spread choka pungdri virus 🦠 in foreign countries n created disruption n disunity among Tibetan people. because in Tibet, khampa people never considered they were part of Tibet, they considered utsang as Tibet. So these people who came to India from khampa settled in bir, blykop 4 camp and other places always created problems to His Holiness and Tibetan govt. formed and nurtured by His Holiness. Look at the Hypocrisy of Aro Khampa mindset when they need HELP they will say we all are Tibetan and they will take the advantage of utsang and Amdo people in SUPPORTING their rallies or gatherings in foreign countries or in India but one they got their work done, within Tibetan community They play Dirty Politics of groupism( choka chikpa pungdri) which are trained in their country kham in Tibet. Majority of Utsang and Amdo people dont understand dirty politics of choka chikpa because utsang and Amdo parents they don’t practice and don’t teach their children choka pungdri virus. So they children don’t know and not use to it.
