u u I’m a school cheerleader. (It’s going to be my first year every doing cheer in a few months) How fo you even become a all star cheerleader? I want to do it so bad but I don’t know how to even start. I can’t do back handsprings or anything. I can do cartwheels and kick overs and a front handspring but that’s really it.

yoursparkinson honestly you should just go for it! Cheer has honestly been such a good decision for me! It helped my physically and mentally! It gives me a since of peace. The friendships I have made through cheer are stronger the the ones made at school! You could be an a level 1 team, then just slowly work your way up!

I know this is old, but I feel like if you guys had stronger tumbling technique (closed legs on back hand springs), less falls from tumbling and stunting, as well as bobbles, you guys would have placed higher :) No hate, but just saying. Many people tend to forget that even the small things at NCA like bobbles, or a saved fall, it still cost you big time at that competition. Probably even bigger had you only been at a local.
