Sorry im this late but on 28:31 its pretty much barely survived mechanic where theres a slight chance that you wont get mortal damage and still alive at 1 single hp. Its pretty much based chance like 1%? But the number goes up depend on how many damage you took . And this mechanic are actially useful in maby scenario tho it horribly incosistent. But still havinf second chance is good

TC is one of the best gamemodes this game has to offer. A attack/defend gamemode in a game where anything can happen was a beatifull idea, principally when things like THIS happen. Scourting/Attacking the Juggernaut is one basically better boss_, principally considering the boss has an actual objective other then kill everyone.

the animation, the crunchy bite, the meat crushing sound, the hellish blood curdling nightmare inducing scream, its such a beauiful spooky item and i love it for all of that. never used it, but saw someone in infection mode use it to protect us survivors. thank you to whoever did that :)

Ok i know i should not be making a second comment but err The 'Barely survived' thing is basically when an attack does a lot of damage, and it would kill you, it has a low low chance of (i believe) 1% to make you live with 1 HP.

So apparently, Chapter 1 can be beaten with all difficulty cards equipped, including Gusto. If someone manages to do the same with Chapter 2, I will complete all 30 floors of the pit.

I tried that on my own time and got to sentient statue, but the only actual strat that could work at all is with snowball. You need to hit at least four of them at a 14% chance each, which, for reference, would take 18.5 hours of grinding assuming 20 seconds per attempt. The only way you could get that down further is if you could somehow get your hands on some glue, then only 3 would be required. Edit: forgot to mention it is more easily possible with HP+, mr batty and a dizzy dial but I don't want to do that

It’s impossible (I think) beating chapter 2 with gusto, when you guard the big bite of the bubonic plant it deals 14 dmg instantly killing you 💀

@@Ezlemonade with just gusto, it's easy. With all of it, including thick skull, the only way you could reasonably live is via the HP+ card, but then you run into the problem of plant rush, one that has no solution. If you pick the card that lets you survive big bite, you die to plant rush, and if you pick a card that survives plant rush, (probably Charge DEF, ) you die to big bite.

@@minislime23 gotta remember u cant superguard and it takes too many turns to kill blue and red especially when ur only items would be bomb and cheeseburger, no hp+ card or anything, and if u do end up making it past ull just keep dying to hordes or random stuff that deals high damage edit: u will literally get one shot even with a block against scepter strike
