I first became aware of this sauce from my good govt job in Oakland. My co worker ladies loved this sauce. My co workers were black folks who I knew liked tobasco sauce with soul food. But they kept talking about this new sauce called sriracha. Well, one of my co workers let me try some. Wow! It was really hot. But it has a good taste. I was getting tired of Tobasco all the time. I went out and bought me a bottle that pm.

There's a Sriracha shortage right now. I feel like a piece of my life is missing 😭

It is true that each nationality has different selfish and exploitative habits. Even the owner of Sriracha Sauce (Thailand) is half Chinese and really didn't invent the sauce. The real story is that his real Thai wife invented and improved the sauce taste for dipping seafood. Husband and family are just eaters. ……………………. the owners of Mashti Malone's have worked to rebrand their store(s). Big mistake. They should have marketed the Mashti Malone logo with the shamrock to the hilt. But, it appears they are moving in a different direction. I believe it will hurt them in the end.
