If you're using DMSS, when playing bach, there are selections such as HD (high definition) and SD (standard definition). Choose HD. It was stepped down using transformer or electronic components inside a power supply or POE switch to a correct usable level. Check your lan cable baka may kagat ng daga as well as rj45, and network switch or kung ano meron ka.,baka loose connection. Also check yung power source , poe switch or injector or splitter whichever meron ka. Finally check you camera itself.
