We are around Akron. Not quite as dark but we saw stars and our lights came on.

@@joecool4656 Thats neat - you must have been one of my first viewers. Mechanical Engineering Technology - thats so relevant these days. With all the computer stuff, people seem to forget that in the end it has to actually make things do something - I'm guessing with Cleveland being an industrial city there are some interesting opportunities for you. Hope you have more time to make vidoes - I'll bet there would interest in many of the things you have studied - pneumatics, control systems, 3D cad and printing and I;m sure the list goes on!

Just wondering what part of the country you live in and how cold it gets in winter. I'm thinking this could be an option for our old jeep liberty.

I’m in the Cleveland Ohio area. I figured out it can keep the Jeep relatively warm in about 40F and higher. I plan on getting a 150watt heater to help next winter. Some people online have wired 150watt harbor freight ones into the window 20amp circuits in the center console.

Thank you for this. I have a 45 year old "Eight Ball" whose backglass is in excellent condition, but the lift channel has quite a bit of rust. I was able to get a NOS left channel, but then, couldn't get the old lift channel off - that is, until I used your technique! I did notice, however, that I needed to slide the backglass forward so that the old lift channel was off the counter top supporting the backglass. Again, thanks!

Hi William, if you have a 2005 Honda Odyssey, this same procedure may work for you. The car shown in the video is a 2007. A lot of the model years look extremely similar. Thank you very much for commenting!

So good video. What about a 12V cigarette adapter that usually comes with one of these inverters? It’s easier to plug that in than directly to the battery. Wondering if that damages the car in any way with that option. Thanks.
