After Joseph Russell pointed out that my ingenuity bypassed events and caused dialogue stop making sense, I deleted the video and recorded it again. JR said he would fix it so that Whirlwind Sprint wouldn’t reach that point any more. I wonder if he got around to doing that?

When you do the mind of madness quest, remember to console command Inigo in there. It’s the only time you can’t summon him, but he has got a few lines of dialogue if you can use your computer skills to get him in there. Something that’s not available to me on console. 14:15

I believe that once you take whatever perk allows it, you can make soul stealer arrows using the soul gem fragments as part of the recipe.

Watching with interest to see how you get on with so few mods. I have so little confidence in Skyrim now that I’m reluctant to play it. Even with only Inigo and his patches for Bloodchill Manor and the Bow of Shadows installed, my game became unplayable. Temba Wide-Arm in Ivarstead for the bear pelts.

Your comments about getting away from the ticketing stuff resonated. Personally I always felt that it was a mild case of some sort of ptsd because you are always "on edge" waiting for something to explode and a customer to need help. I detested it and always felt better when I had a large project deployment or even a data center migration even if it meant extra hours. Just me though most likely.

Thank you very much for the video guide, it was very helpful. I can't get the game to launch without the 2k launcher, but the 2k launcher closes on launching the game.... Seems the key step for me was deleting the appdata local & roaming launcher folders, now it no longer requires any special tweaks, just push play 2k launcher pops up, click play there, and it works.

I know this is old but this was a great honest update. You got to do Starfield. I tried to get into it but realized pretty fast. I simply can’t get the time to fully get immersed in it. So being able to catch some live streams, especially from you would be awesome.

We are now writing February 2023 and I still run Ubuntu Mate 20.04 LTS on an Asus desktop from 2009, and a Toshiba Satellite L-300 also from 2009. I have added more RAM to both machines, but nothing else. They run just fine, although they are now quite a bit on the slow side. Working from the command line is quick and lively so I suspect it is the desktop environment that slows the machines down. I will be experimenting with desktops when I find the energy to do that. I have my eyes on Fluxbox, the desktop that came with the now discontinued Damn Small Linux. I used to have an Asus that I bought in 2000 and I was running Ubuntu on it from 2006 to 2010 when it was killed by a lightning strike. I also had an IBM T30 laptop which I continued to use until I bought the Asus desktop in 2011. The T30 also ran Ubuntu the whole time. Eventually, it became obsolete, even for me and I trashed it. So, yes, Linux can bring new life to old computers, or at least prolong their life by several years. I expect to keep the Asus desktop from 2009 running until 2029 (6 more years). Then it will be one fifth of a century old. ( In a world without walls and fences, who needs Windows and Gates)

Hey Brother, Just wanted to say thank you for the membership join. That really means a lot. I also fancy myself as a Skyrim enthusiast, it's the only game I "platinumed" on PS4 which I'm very proud of. The thieves guild quests drove me to the brink. So very cool that you're into that. Watching your videos is making me itch to get back into it. I got the new edition upgrade, but just haven't dove in again. Thank you again for that support.
