The smile on your face at week 6 😊 What do you think was the trigger for relapse after 2 years of recovered skin. Also do you avoid sun? I live in a tropical place so I’m scared now and don’t know how to deal with it. I just got Rosacea so I’m covering my face with a cotton cloth to avoid sun but in the future do I always have to wear caps or sunscreen works?

Please if you have acne, rosacea, or basically anything going on with your skin NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use one of those SCRUBS. All those do is extremely irritate already irritated skin. You also need to use moisturizer. So acne is deep in the skin cause by oil glands being clogged. If the top of your skin doesn’t have any oil at all from not moisturizing those already clogged oil glands are going to say “the skin barrier is so dry I need to make MORE oil.” So those clogged pores become more clogged. So you need to moisturize with a fragrance free moisturizer. Paula’s Choice is a fantastic brand for problem skin.

By the way, to prevent the mask from drying out, use a silicone mask on top - the uvjazhyayuschuyuschuyu effect will be greater and you can safely wash it off - it will not dry out. I didn't understand from the video, so you don't rinse off this La Roche-Posay Toleriane Caring Wash Gel? And put the mask on top of it?
