They played this at my great cousins funeral a few years ago, now I play it every now and again to remind me that no matter where I am, even though I was born and brought up up north, my blood and my home is in that beautiful patch of gods own country - Kernow dre ras Duw. Kernow Bys Vyken!

This is so beautiful. Thanks be to God in Jesus most holy name for the brave men and women who serve God in the protection of the most opressed and frail and vulnerable around this corrupted world. If only the UK government were prepared to care for their own most frail and vulnerable elderly and our homeless and brave veterans. May God protect our soldiers in Jesus most holy name we pray for the peacemakers. 🙏 ♥

As a South Australian with a decent whack of Cornish ancestry, this is powerful stuff. I remember singing it as a kid round the campfire.

I would rather watch/listen to you sing than the Ten Tenors. Fantastic, resonating harmonies born from honesty and community.

Firstly, good for you! I get nearly neverending bile and spite from north of the Wall as an Englishman. It's nice to hear you actually joined in something, even if you maybe were supporting the other side at the time. Secondly though, why isn't your song about something you won? Why isn't there a song based on Bannockburn, rather than a crippling defeat? Did the victory take you feckers by surprise or something?
