Do you have anything explaining in detail the elbow pass to arm drag? Seems a bit odd to combine the two since the elbow pass will shove the arm out of reach for the arm drag. Thanks!

the wrestlers on defense arent reacting with the defensive maneuver that is supposed to be countered for the purpose of the drill. the first pair did it once after having to be told to try, after failing to do so on the 1st 2 attempts, but the resistance wasnt there on the 3rd attempt to fully demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique being demonstrated. cmon now coach. its your job to call this out, perfect practice makes perfect. stay on top of them! call this out and ensure not a single soul feels left out on learning the proper techniques!

Justin recently stopped by at a practice. It was great seeing a legend like him in person. He seems well.

I like the uniform because it attracks mma fans to the sport. Also, pussies can't complain about the singlet looking gay because now we have this.

Too bad about this. You were proud to wrestle in your singlet. Now your just going to look like a skate boarder off the streets. You were able to psyche out your opponent with your size and muscle. Now all is hidden. Not a fan of this outfit.

St. X appears to be rather heavy footed leaning forward. Should be able to get to a front headlock position when he squares his feet up and leaning forward.

In a close match...give him 1 not 2. If you feel like your in trouble just kick him out you have the talent to get that point back.

Good shot in the third but you went around the waist instead of staying on the leg and finishing up high. Your tall always get that leg up in the air your chances of finishing are better

Most I ever one repped was 450 but that was years ago. I don't like to do too many one rep maxes. Once you get over 400 on your back it kind of sucks.
