Siesta Key recovered nicely. They were ready for the Crystal Classic sand carving contest in the middle of November and it was amazing! A place that is being ignored and still not even close to recovering from the hurricanes is Boca Grande. It's been abandoned and neglected. I hope you will do a vid about it.

I'm starting a carnivore diet myself, not to loose weight, just want to do a experiment myself Just meat, eggs, fish and all seafood, and Greek yogurt No fruits, no bread, no pasta, no vegetables, I might have a sweet potato because I love it too much 😋 😅 I'm going to have only 2 meals per day , starting the day with warm water with apple cider vinegar or lemon And pork fat and real butter to cook
@Adventur-us27 күн бұрын
Not gonna lie, bread was something I knew I was going to miss, that was my version of giving up sweets !

Please use real butter. Clover spread contains vegetable oils in varying proportions (sustainable palm oil and rapeseed oil) as well as buttermilk (20%), which are not good for you and may contribute to inflammation. Omega-6 fatty acids, such as linoleic acid, are abundant in seed oils and can exacerbate inflammation. Our modern diet is often high in seed oils and processed foods, resulting in a significantly greater intake of omega-6 compared to omega-3. This imbalance between these fats can lead to increased inflammation. I use Kerrygold butter.

Will 100% keep that in mind about the butter

Just cutting out sugar alone makes a huge difference, I've been sugar free for only 2.5 weeks and I've noticed a big change in my energy levels i.e. they are consistently the same, not too high nor too low - My concentration is a bit better than usual too. I do feel a lot more achy however (days after the gym), no idea why that seems to have occurred or even if that's related to the diet ? Not giving up, started out at nearly 100kg 2.5 weeks ago, down to 97.6 as of last week, hoping to be down to 96kg tomorrow and continue to lose a kg a week till I'm down to 80kg.... we can do it! Good luck on your journey

I found my focus improve a lot as I do journalism and I can tell how easy I find to write. I ended up feeling less aches specifically every morning I would wake up with stiffness in my hips. As I say in the video the issue that stopped me running went which was amazing. I should also say I stopped drinking alcohol in August. Be committed and it’s a great reward. See those scales every day is a massive motivator with the right mindset

Couple of things.. be careful with the pre-bought burgers, they will often have additional nasties added. Also, 'Clover' is not butter, its full of the oils you want to avoid. Kerrygold is the only real butter I can find in the supermarkets. Good luck with your journey. 👍

Well done but of course you lose weight on carnivore, it's an extremely restrictive elimination diet . Can lose weight just as well eating low carb high protein and not being so restrictive. I eat eggs and meat everyday but I also include fruit , greek yogurt and low carb non starchy veg. Its eating to much ultra processed high sugary foods that gets people fat in the first place. . cut all that out and you lose weight .
@Adventur-us29 күн бұрын
My plan, after holiday, is to reintroduce things like fruit for sure. I wouldn’t want to be a carnivore for a long time unless it gave me unbelievable health benefits

My suggestion buy a decent cycle...cover many more miles takes all the pressure off the joints much better more appropriate exercise as we age..all the best.

I loved my racing bike back in the day but had my leg broken on it by a woman who cut a corner in her car. I do find it hard to keep concentration on an exercise bike for the time needed but absolutely understand your advice. I may well graduate to one if running is too difficult in the end.

It was something I was very concerned about having done keto but I think, without any medical credence to my belief, that running helps a lot as running does make things move. I drank plenty of liquid as well which is supposed to help. Not sure if I was lucky but definitely understand your concerns

Great Vlog both of you, some can call it moaning but tbh for me you called it just right, you captured the experience true to life. Super well done to Clair, 2.5hrs is awesome especially if you were being constantly blocked. Worst thing I found was 'runners' cutting across you & stopping to get sweets etc. I was in the green wave & didnt notice the slower runners so much especially as I blew up around 7miles & became one of them. Noticed on other VLOGs that there were clearly many Orange bib 'runners' walking up the slope from the Tyne bridge who had clearly lied about their finishing time. Support along the route was just something else, pity you were not able to capture that more in your VLOG because for me that balanced out any negatives.
@Adventur-usАй бұрын
@@michaeldean8021 thank you for watching the video. Bit frustrating it came across as moaning to someone else as it was filmed to give an experience video for people doing it for the first time. I’d always prefer to hear a proper experience than not the full story, we do it for our Florida trips. Claire found some of the same thing with her run, especially people not going to the side when walking. She also said the support was amazing

Hi there, apologies for not concluding it properly. I had numerous issues with my camera on that holiday and our last day footage wasn’t great but have put together a video for this weekend to finish that series. Thankfully we have sorted out our videoing/camera problems and head to Florida again in early November, sadly without Jessi this time and our friends. We are going to the west coast for a few days then Orlando for some fun, but aren’t doing Disney or Universal because Jessi can’t make it. We hope to do Universal at least with Jessi in summer 2025. We will be visiting Sea World and Busch gardens though. Thank you for watching, much appreciated

Hi there, we are 99% sure it was 5014. It was a Superior Queen room, definitely 50th floor (think there is 52 in all). If you are able, ask whether 5014 faces the Brooklyn Bridge and you’ll be sure.

This mall is busy when it's busy and really dead when it's dead. And it's way more dead than it is busy, usually only busy when school is on vacation. There's occasionally shootings randomly, they have recently stepped of some security but that never seems to last long. There's a lot of big stores leaving there now. It's days are numbered even tho it is massive
