@ I am genuinely flattered but I don’t think I am on that level to make tutorials tbh😁 but I use capcut and try to watch more vlogs on youtube to get the inspiration (for ex, sometimes I screenshot the specific angles I want to recreate). Also, the more you edit, the better your skills get (or at least this is how I try to motivate myself😁). I doubt my response was much of a help but anyway I wish you good luck, you can do it!✨

I stumbled across your vlog as I was preparing a cup of tea during my study break (hey fellow uni girl! hehe<3) and wanted to leave a comment since Donna Tartt is my favourite author. Tartt wrote poetry before becoming a novelist, so her style is quite "flowery," which is one of the reasons she's my favorite author. However, I understand it’s not for everyone! In The Secret History, the detailed writing serves a purpose: the main character is obsessed with the world of his rich, intelligent, eccentric friends and desperately wants to join their very closed, private circle. He immerses himself in classical and Greek literature to fit in. Tartt’s descriptive style reflects his fixation on their lifestyle, and I really appreciate how much work she has put in to ensure accuracy in her greek literature, since she spent almost a decade writing TSH. If you ever decide to revisit the book, I recommend reading at least until chapter 4 (around page 150): now that the atmosphere is set, this is where the mystery truly begins. Okay sorry for the long comment, I just wanted to say I really enjoyed your vlog<3 Hope you get to read more non-fiction this year, my 2025 goal is to start reading more fiction hahaha! I'll cross my fingers for both of us!

Girl I'm the same way when reading I can't stand authors that have to describe every little detail it's so annoying. Stephen King does that as well. Glad your page was suggested to me. I totally subscribed. Can I ask what country your in? I live in the U.S. in Northern California. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz.
