The hill x3 and the turnaround under the bridge you lose time but the rest you can pick it up 👍🏻

49th so not last ha. It was only two weeks earlier we qualified at the northern relays so struggled getting all the top end together. Next year though!

The women’s was 6.7k so 3 laps today 👍🏻 top 3 women 1st 23:59, 2nd 24:00 and 3rd 24:02!! Preston-Blackburn-preston 👍🏻
