Been smoking since I was 13yo now I'm 37 Was a pack of 40 tailor mades a day for a large chunk of that, cut down to 6 roll you own a day for a month, before starting the therapy that was hard, had to shunt the weed too if I am to have any chance. You have to want to quit, the spray along with a NRT patch has helped me but every one is different. It's hard but possible you can do it...

@@wrddd3914 thanks a lot for the detailed explanation. I don’t want to Swallow the saliva because I have irritable bowel syndrome so this saliva can flare it up. So will I get the nicotine reach to my body even if I spit out the saliva, lets say the lozenge is completely dissolved but a lot of saliva is there and I am not sure if spitting it out would minimize the absorption?

@@wrddd3914 thanks a lot mu friend for the help. I am really very stressed. I have one more question please. After how many minutes of finishing the lozenge you start to feel it is kicking in? I took two lozenges (1mg each) and find no relief. Still having the lightheadness and stuff. I am not a smoker but I use to chew chewing tobacco nuts. Like three pouches per day. Please advise when I would feel the nicotine kick in after the lozenge is dissolved completely in my mouth?

Nicotene patches are only good for office workers. If you're a tradesmen, dont bother, they dont stick if you break a sweat. Absolute waste of time and angrr

GiraffeDiety I believe it’s because aboriginals believe in the dead spirits of their ancestors and that it has become a offical thing in were that most aboriginal videos or documentaries about them have to have a warning beforehand so that aboriginals that still practice that belief are warned.
