@Jaroslava-g6m thank you so much, when the buyer stops paying, developers will charge late payment fees but it really doesn’t impact the pace of construction as it might be very few people who are not paying.

@@manojdodeja hello, any property that you are buying with any kind of premium will impact future premiums for sure, if its an investment and you are strictly buying for the sake of appreciation than you might hv to compromise on future gains, having said that, I still feel that even with 2.5 million in secondary market, it may go up by 20% more. But be very careful in unit selection !!

I don’t think that there will be any kind of appreciation by then, we hv to take it till 27 to see some bucks, unfortunately market is not great to flip early these days. Better invest if you can take it till very end to see the biggest cheque 🙏🏻
