Todo depende del individuo, hay personas que reaccionan muy bien a ese tipo de estímulo y progresan mucho más que otros, yo personalmente el método Bilbo lo probé durante 3 meses y apenas mejore nada ni siquiera a repeticiones altas, es cuestión al final de probarlo y que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones

Jamal pulled 500kg deadlift at the gym, thats world record class man, as heavy as Eddie and Hafthor's lift. But powerlifting is a lot more difficult, he has to balance for multiple lift throughout the day, and deadlift came last. He cant even wear straps or wraps. He got first place for 110 kg class though. Thats really outstanding🎉

John is grip and rip type of puller so adding straps for him to use actually would make him weaker. John would need to change his deadlift style for strongman.

John Haack already outdeadlifting strongmen (who are usually doing elephant deadlifts, tire deadlifts, silver dollar deadlifts, ..., etc) with suit and straps and weighing more than him also.

He would do 1000 pounds in one month. Suit gives you like 70 pounds, straps probablylike 20 pounds.
