I got it from Tractor Supply. It's a fimco pump, I think it was about 4 gallons per minute. It has a key fob type remote you can operate from your driver seat so you can easily shut it off if you have to stop and maneuver

My havenese baby Pandy Bear Ive had him since he was a baby. This dude is full of energy all the time and plays this same game. I used to take him out without a leash and he would play this game but always stay real close. The other night this dude got out the back gate somehow and little dude came to the front door whining like, “let me in you assholes I live here” 😭 super smart and hell of a character. My bestie forever 🤞🏽❤️
