FYI, upsidedown shocks are not valved correctly for inverted use. If you have any air bubble, the shock piston will be in air pocket instead of oil, making the first part of travel useless. Also, it adds unsprung weight to the suspension, making it again less effective.

Ah, just watch this after getting my hands on TT-02 just few months ago. Kinda takes time when you play on the dirt, even tho i uses cover set, dirt can be found anywheres. I wonder, what product number do you use for the linkage or steering ro?

The Lancia 037 did very well for a rear wheel drive car against all the 4th technology that was around in the group B era . I loved that era we had the Mk 1and 2 escorts etc in the 70’s and then group B kicked you in the guts in the 80’s .

These front links only hold the front arms firmly at certain angle. If the front arms lowered a bit, the clearance becomes larger and the links dont fix tightly anymore

Everyone who gets that in his feed, and is thinking or currently running his TT02 like that, please get the Tamiya 22023 TT-02 Chassis Cover Set! It costs around 11 USD and will save you a lot of headaches! Not all of them but a lot of them😅 Literally the best upgrade on my TT02 so far.

Thanks for this trick. I did it today putting ball joints and a washer on top. Mines coupled with a steering kit though. Slop be gone! My turnbuckles end up being 57mm
