Nice job! I used to own a 1965 16 ft. Century Resorter with a Gray Marine 327 Fireball that ran on Kezar Lake, Maine for a couple of summers. Not enough running footage but I have beautiful photos of her.. "Cupcake" was her name. I'm a former professional film/video editor and shooter - good on ya for a wonderful piece!

Chris, wonderful video please keep up and show more. At almost 88 I'm still restoring several wooden classics and couple of fiber classics. Enjoy !

My dad had what I believe was a Wagemaker with a 10 hp Martin on it when I was born in 53 and we had a place on Delavan lake in Wisconsin. Delavan is 10 miles from Lake Geneva which is ground zero to the wood boating world of the midwest. I have such a vivid memory of walking around the showroom of the Delavan lake boat company showroom and the way it smelled inside. There was a 62 Holiday on display in the center that I couldnt get enough of and much later on in life I ran across one of that model and owned however wasnt able to keep. My Uncle Joe had bought a Trojan runabout that had fire damage on the deck from a carelessly flicked cigarrette and I helped him restore it in a garage in Chicago during a winter after which we dropped in the water at Diversey harbor and went around the pumping station 2 miles out. Great memories because of wood boats a major influence in my life. Im on Clear Lake in Calif now. Bye

Nice...I sold my 1946 46 foot DCFB Chris Craft that I lived on for 26 years to help buy a house on a lake . I still have my 1958 Century Resorter (with the slide back roof ) on a lift on my covered dock and my 1958 Ladd craft kit boat with the original 58 Evinrude Lark 35 sitting in the water next to it. I like the older fiber glassics but the new boats dont appeal to me at all. The times sure have changed and the people too. Thanks for sharing this..

Thanks! I'm just getting into the filming game. It's a work in progress but you gotta start somewhere. I can see my short falls in this video but just gonna build off that and keep posting.
