Sincerely thank you. Spent 4 hours and even fiddled with those a bit, but thought they should be in a down and moveable position. Not an up and tight position.

Hey I am about to replace a Transfer belt on a HP Pro M477, the new intermediate belt will be here tomorrow. So I just make sure they are both up and down and both pins are straight like this “I I”? does it matter if they are both sideways like this “- -“? or both must be up and down?

Both need to be up like l l. Just fyi, If you are replacing because of a 59 error the issue is not the transfer belt it needs a dc Controller update. I can send you the instructions for that if it is a 59 error and then you can return the belt.

flyintrain I FIXED IT!!! I updated the firmware. I found a download link and pdf guide. I updated it via USB thumbdrive. And printed the actual file, and it installed it, then system restarted and it actually worked with no error 59.F0! Very grateful. Your comment has helped me greatly!
