Other products only provide temporary fixes, and when you stop using them, your skin reverts to its normal state. Every product you apply to your face should have scientific evidence to support its effectiveness.

I did coldcapping through 4 rounds of AC and 2 rounds (out if 12) of paclitaxel. I stopped after. I lost 70-80 % of my hair through coldcapping and the pain was horrid. I was lucky that i live in the uk and had it through the nhs, the oublic health system and didnt have to pay. It was the paxman coldcap. I am happy with my decision to stop and i did follow every guideline but it didn't really work for me. I dont regret trying. Eventually i shaved. Through paclitaxel (i am doing weekly for 12 cycles) i had regrowth. Then hairloss again.i dont regret any decision i took. I also know people for whom it worked. I am sorry you had to go through all this. You are gorgeous. For me i stopped mostly because of the pain and because it made me emotionally depressed and dread going to chemo. I have 16 cycles of chemo in total and decided i cant fight well if i dread it. I think it's so important to do what we feel is right for us. I found sometimes a bit of pressure to absolutely have to do the coldcap to not lose hair. I know why people recommend it but its a fine line when there is pressure to be a "true warrior" that is "adamant not to lose hair". The discourse i found sometimes harmful for me. I am very happy that i stopped. Chemo is so much shorter, i can go home faster, i can take it each time i go, and with makeup i look cute. I pkay with headscarves.. im ok. Brilliant! It totally clicked for me, now that I understand everything about Vaseline, even on the smallest level. No wonder, I haven't heard about this skin routine, all the skin care companies would go bankrupt.

I always use Vaseline whenever my finger cracks and stings because of so much dryness. I put a thick vaseline on top of it and make sure never toucj anything to remove the vaseline, but put again vaseline on my cracked finger whenever I get awake in the middle of the night. In 2-3 days my cracked dry finger wound closed and was healed. So I believe that this will be good in my dry skin. However, Can this be a game changer if my neck have uneven color?

Nizoral (Ketoconozole) is anti-fungal for wet hair. Clobetasol is the corticosteroid applied to dry hair for 30 minutes. I'm using both in addition to Sebitar which is a coal tar and salicylic shampoo. All 3 have changed my life.

Im turning 38 soon and I feel much wiser and calmer now than I did in my teens and 20s. Life has shown me that when we are younger we believe we have more control than we really do as we "plan our lives" but in my 30s I learned how life really is unpredictable, and I learned to let go and stop caring as much. I say the sign of true wisdom is to admit that we really know nothing.

According to dermatologists, you shouldn't slug on nights that you use active ingredients (retinol, AHA/BHAs, etc). Just wanted to mention this for those of you with more sensitive skin.
