I wish you wouldn't move the mouse all over the place you lose me I get frustrated bc trying to learn these and keep them all separated is hard enough to do, so when or would we ever use the Pre-Authorize button and the charge button? And you never print off the page showing the cc details with the balance...nor the one with all $0.00... and you don't show how to do a $150 incidental charge with it being printed off either...

Direct bill is easy check the guest in like normal but edit payment info scroll to find direct bill option then there will be a scroll down menu for which company your direct billing

Thank you its been stressful. No manual for this new system. I been clickin buttons like whats this do.. maybe is it... 3rd party has been my issue. I post payment 67.59 plus tax then says in green success then it went gray again like no payment is showing then going to folio it shows to post payment of $143.** made no sense to me. How to know its saved since theres no save button

It saves everything automatically. Any suppressed rate / single use card reservation you post the reservation total to the no print folio before you check them in.
