❤🎉❤ I suggested that they play no bread in the breadbox at the 8 by 10 in Baltimore Maryland and they never took me up on it so I suggested it to Blue Sky Green Grass and they did

Musicians don’t really “retire” Yeah, this isn’t my cup of Tea either. But this is who/what weir is. Retirement is another word for “not having to work anymore” “We used to play for silver, now we play for life”

Bob's looking good and fit in general and whoevers not a little tired this time of year maybes under a rock. This is the state where the band first started following me in the 80's. I appreciate your post ❤🎉

I guess when you've been part of such a great venture as Grateful Dead and you've put in your time as part of something special you have artistic license to butcher a great song by Little Feat...... Check out the original, I think it's on the Dixie Chicken album by Little Feat....... Also don't miss ( in case you are too young to remember ) the Little Feat album entitled " Feats Don't Fail Me Now" . One of the best of all time.....

I don't always love the way Bob sings these classics. And I love Little Feat. But this was pretty damn good live.

Bob is just playing it his own way. He probably loves the song and wants to keep it alive. No need to compare to Little feat’s version. I like both.

I love the Dead and how Weir is continuing the music and reinventing ways to interpret the songs. But why does EVERY song have to be soooo sloooooowww. The Dead & Co shows are no longer boogie down dance concerts. The tempo sucks the energy out of their concerts now.

Bob is a founding member of the band we all love. I devoted years of my life on tour with no regrets. Has Bobby slowed down a little sure he is not a young buck but still out there for us every night. Believe me he does not need the money. He is fucken legend and for us true Heads it’s a blessing to still be able to see him play songs again we have been hearing for years. It’s a little different with the wolf Brothers but every night I see him is a blessing for me. If you are not true head don’t go if you’re looking for the Grateful Dead. The Grateful Dead is over and again we are lucky to see what we he is nice enough to give us. You’re a Rockstar Bobby!!
