I visited during the winter so I didn’t lower the thermostat for AC. No other climate issues with the room that I can remember.

I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Inexpensive and very conveniently located. Staff was very responsive too.

The food could be better. But there r lots of restaurants outside of the resort. We mostly cooked for ourselves when we went. Saved on money so we could spend it other ways such as the water park and other activities. It's such a great place for families.

@@KimbaLoveAdams Is there a 4bedroom unit? Because i only saw 2 rooms... are the other bedrooms not in the same unit. Also was it clean and how are the amenities. I have a trip with the wife and kids soon and just want to have a good time and for them to enjoy it. Thanks!

⁠@@xaviermiranda6573they have 4 room options yes. You would have to rent to full and partial units. But they both have 2 bedrooms. The amenities are akin to any hotel with a kitchen unit. The partial unit does not have a full kitchen though but we never have found it to be a problem. They have a hit plate and a griddle and the microwave. Plus we bring down our slow cooker. And yes it is very clean.

My unit had the full Kitchen over looking the golf course. The swimming pool was across the street. Just loved the view.

It's $100+ per day for non timeshare owners. For a partial kitchen and a bit closer to $200 for a full kitchen.

On the 4 bedroom units since it’s actually 2 units is there an interior door to connect between the 2 of you go only in the public hallway?

Nope, you have to go out into the shared hallway to go from one 2bedroom to the other. No interior connected door.

My family and I are staying here soon and I was told that different check in days give you a different style room. Do you mind me asking what day of the week you checked in on?

We checked in on a Saturday. Are booking was through RCI so our room size and amenities were guaranteed to be at least a 4 bedroom with full and partial kitchen.

Thanks! Turned out great! Already rented and is currently cash flowing. We got a tenant pretty quickly so I didn't get a chance to make a final walk through vid. I'm trying to get more consistent with my uploads.

The rehab went well and is currently rented (house hacking). Total acquisition and rehab costs 124K. ARV 140K :) . I have a footage of the finished product that still needs to be edited.
