Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the washing machine! Water behind the filter will cause extra pressure, which makes unscrewing more difficult. Pushing in as you turn can massively help, it takes 2-3 full rotations to unscrew off. Thanks - Craig

As per the video, you use a sliding in and back out with an angular motion to remove any debris from the holes, not straight down into the hole, this does not push all the debris back into the spray arm, but removes it onto the toothpick, or onto the spray arm, so when cleaning away the debris also comes away, any debris that does fall back into the arm will break down within the spray arm and be pushed through the holes during the wash, as it is not as built up. And where do you think this heat goes after the dryer uses it to dry your clothes? It doesn't magically disappear into the ether - it just goes back to your room(you take the clothes out and as they cool the heat goes back to the room you're in). So you've lost nothing, you can't cool down a room by putting a heat pump dryer in it lol.

I have the same problem with Siemens, tried some bleached towel wait about 15 min. to reach the spot. Partially clean now but make sure to run in cleaning mode and after that wash some white towels not to damage your color clothes

Meh, my Samsung heat pump dryer gets everything perfectly dry, just have to actually have it on max dry setting. And it takes about 2 hours - not much longer than my old Indesit vented dryer, but at quarter of the energy used.

Bosch series 6 heat pump dryer could dry a 4-5 kg load in 2hours 2.5 kWh and 9kg load in 3 hrs time 3.5 kWh

@@anthonyfox999 These numbers sound.....way too high? Our Samsung series 9 heat pump dryer can do a full load in about 1.2kWh(at max dry setting, literally completely dry). 3.5kWh sounds like my old vented tumble dryer.

To indicate being low on a liquid you can buy at your local store that helps prevent water stains staying on cleaned dishes. I use it myself.
