He isn't singing the high parts. He lip syncs all the way through the choruses. What you're hearing is Dave and Alec's voices

His voice was shot to pieces here. Check out any Bon Jovi performances from 1993-1996 for stellar vocals. You can add 1988-89, 2000/03 and 2008-11 for stellar showmanship and very good vocals.

@@bethhiggins4642 Are you kidding?? He is pretty much just shouting the verses and lip singing the choruses. Pays more attention to performing than singing. On the New Jersey tour he clearly had had some vocal training and started singing instead of shouting.
