Please can I withdraw my application and re-apply, after payment of the application fee and the NCLEX fee, in the ongoing expedited Licensing? I have made the registration and payment but I have not been able to submit my updated form because I made payment with the save for later option on the application portal. So can I withdraw that particular application and make a new one so as to input all my necessary informations? Will I need to pay for a second time?
