Ghana, don't have a government, Ghana has two party clubs that only serve it members

Don't blame the politicians' blame the people of Ghana who sold their rights to the politicians. Most Ghanaians don't have critical thinking or questions. All they know is how to get fried rice and t-shirt for votes

Damn 🤦🏿♂️ this guy has been emotionally drained.. I can feel his pains.. But no matter what people should not make you wicked..
@dorisesigbekley1732Ай бұрын
I felt this man’s pain, I don’t think he meant to be wicked but a loss for a better word like Prudent and Shrewd. Because people like him can ever be wicked on purpose or intentionally because their conscience pricks to do the right thing even after doing the wrong thing. My advice is Brother that is if you ever come across the video and happen to see my message, ask God to open your eyes to see them clearly by their actions trust me, he will and that will help you live in peace and be one with God.

I enjoy programs like this where people express their opinions intellectually but to get more youngsters watching and adding up to your number on KZbin, invite more youngsters to your show.

Do an episode of your show inviting young individuals like myself and let them express their opinions as to who they will vote for in 2024 and why.Your title should be "who gen-z will vote for"

Upon watching this program, I feel very proud of myself that I left Ghana in 2023. The truth of the matter is that, the people you are appealing to enforce laws don’t give a hoot about your struggles. They are all landlords themselves renting out their properties and so what do you think? I’ve realized that the Ghana we all dream to have is never going to materialize,,, never! Because what you see as a suffering/struggling is benefiting somebody and those people are never going to give up their booty for you the ‘common’ Ghanaian to get freedom. You know why a lot of businessmen in Ghana can’t operate abroad? They can’t cut corners and cheat people the way they like and do in Ghana.

This is the issue we ought to demonstrate about! RENT CONTROL has alot to do to make sure the laws are adhered by landlords and agents!!
@afrobeatsplanet2 ай бұрын
Rent control is not a good idea. Because that will discourage developers from building l. Who will want to build if they don't make a profit? They need to build more houses and tall apartments. Houses will be more expensive if there is not enough. Its simple supply and demand.
@jaystanley39962 ай бұрын
A lot of inflation in Ghana is driven by foreign currency influx into the economy by 'diasporans' .. This is the cost when a country that is not well developed or has a robust economy welcomes foreigners to relocate there .. Joke Country .. The locals must stand up and demand better from their leaders with good immigration control and an effective development plan,

This was a really good video and informative. However, although the side comments were very good, its a bit distractive because they were not on set, and slightly unprofessional. Reduce it a little and u have a solid show here.

NO, we should not support a man who has bad character just because he is talented creatively. No. Diddy is evil, I don't care how good the music is. I will not give him money or support him. That money supports him and his life. NO!

It is so annoying. I have been waiting for my Ghanian daughter in law to get her US visa for over 1 year. It is too much. But they say, because Ghanians come to US and over stay their Visa so it is a punishment for all. :(
@AishaLaDon2 ай бұрын
Maybe there needs to be a law that says 60-80% of rentals needs to be Ghanians only. I agree it is a problem if people with more money come in. But that is how people are. They want the money. It is also illegal to pay the rent for one year, but you wont find a landlord that does not do it. It is because they know someone will do it.
@AishaLaDon2 ай бұрын
In the US the demographics does not change the rent, but the rent changes the demographics. If its an expensive area you have people with money in that area. These are the nicer places. If you have less nice houses and apartments you find people with less money in these areas as well as students. They do not change the price for people, people move where they can afford. I am not sure, but it seems in Ghana that it is the same. Or you have a certain people living together. This is the same in the US. In Haatso you have the GA peoples, in Madina you have the Muslims . In the US it is class, how much you can afford but also ethnicity. Chinese live together, Black together, white together. If you are black or Chinese with money you end up living with white people more than your own people.
@afrobeatsplanet2 ай бұрын
No because there are lots of Chinese with money. In America Asians make more money than Whites
@AishaLaDon2 ай бұрын
What really annoys me are bad landlords. They pocket my rent and do not have anything fixed for me to move in. Paint I do myself. Leaks, I do myself. Water is off, then you come and ask me for money for water bill. Oh Ghana this Wahallah is stressing me. I am an American and so this landlord wants to take advantage. This renting in Ghana is a stress.
@dizropt2 ай бұрын
Hmm....we feel your pain. Landlords act like they’re doing tenants a favor! having to fix things yourself after paying huge rent is just unfair. The price discrimination is another thing we see often
