I am only guessing about your personal situation, but the impact of the Covid shutdowns on the entertainment industry, and in particular on the creators, was awful. I appreciate that you stood up and told us of your pain. We are rooting for you!

This played before some video I was going to watch. Not sure what that video was about, because this song made me forget all about it. I'm not going to claim it's the best song ever, or even that the subject matter is particularly original, however that didn't stop it from being extremely comforting, even to a non-girl like myself. I recently moved away from all my nerd friends, and now sit alone in an overpriced and undecorated concrete box situated next to one of the busiest roads in a sprawling city. I packed a few board games with me, confident I'd play them with the new friends I'd inevitably make here, but so far no dice. By contrast the soft colours, idyllic setting, gentle rhythms, and enthusiastic friends depicted in this video really sang to me. For just a few moments, I was back home, or in a place I always wanted to call home. Thanks for letting me lose myself in your dream, Barbra.
