Hurricanes aren’t by levels they’re by categories. Cat 1 is the lowest, Cat 5 is the worst. This is probably going to be a Cat 2 so stay safe! Good job with your prep!

Thank you sm for watching ❤️ I’m so sorry that’s happening to you! I’m going to make a video specifically for that! But I would recommend always drinking through a straw, rinsing with water right after you eat (if your in public), brushing after every meal when you’re able to (even if it’s late and you’re tired 😭) , and I alternate between regular tooth paste and whitening tooth paste just so I don’t develop those white spots on my teeth when I eventually get these braces off. I also stay away from foods with a lot of color in them (examples: cupcakes with vibrant icing colors, Cheetos, etc). Hope this helps 🫶🏽

Thank you ❤️ surprisingly it hasn’t been that bad! I’ve been taking Tylenol extra strength and the pain has been minimal.

I don’t eat different with braces I just make sure I have water and I bring my orthodontist floss in this tooth pick case that has a mirror so I’m able to clean my teeth when I’m out. Great Vid ❤
