I’m not sure what you’re talking about, no one has the update. If anything, I’m sure Fishing Planet regrets telling everyone about it so early on, and will likely keep updates a secret longer next time.

Yes! Every map or area in the game is reachable without premium. 😊 though I do recommend buying premium for half off on Black Friday if you’re interested

there is a hotspot for the taimen and it's in the little opening area in the rock wall by the left of Bo's kayak at 33:20 it gets you a ton of them and the coordinates are 123, 29 if anyone wanted to use it. I caught a 113 pound taimen there must be the unicorn taimen hidey-hole. Also, using large minnows and a 5/0-7/0 hook gives u the best chances for unicorns and trophies.

This is a GREAT video. I have this one question. you say strong rod weak reel... why wouldn't you want a strong rod and a strong reel?

These are just general terms. If your rod is 88lbs, and your reel is 85lbs, with 86lb line in the middle, then your rod is "strongest," reel is "weakest." But in actuality - they're all strong equipment.

SECOND COMMENT: You have to admit though, those northern pike spawn rates has been nerfed a little. I left the game for 8 months and returned to hardly catching any of them despite having the best equipment for it. Before leaving, those pikes were constant all day every day. Now, it's like the devs caught up and slowed it down a bit.

I know this is an older video, but the way I have been doing it, is by weight to cash. So if the weight is smaller, but you get slightly more in cash, you'd be better off reeling in the smaller ones. ALSO, weather is great. Favourite candy is rubbarb and custard hard sweets. (for some reason) 😆

As you should! I’m so confused why people keep commenting that they’ve “moved onto another game while they wait for the update,” as if that’s a crazy idea. Seems like a pretty standard thing to me. I certainly wouldn’t expect someone to just keep playing the same game, redoing what they’ve already done, over and over again while they wait 🤣 sounds awful!

i would 100% be fine with buying a game with everything currently in fishing plant, plus maybe the ability to buy the boats with in-game currency, just because i have bad internet. ive had to skip days playing fishing planet just because my connection was so bad i couldnt pick up a rod with a fish biting without having to wait 5 mins for it to stop lagging and losing the fish.

I hate the fact that there is this mission at white moose where I must catch a 7kg+ trout but I caught 2 × 9kg with the spinner bait and it won't register the fish.(Atlantic trout) It does not specify what you species needs to 7kg+ as long as its a trout

The start of the game is rough, but I think it's an amazing experience if you balance out the grinds with a few breaks. (I'm almost level 50 now)
