The hardware heads as a whole don't know about that man's existence beyond that he was the administrator of Alpha Hills Laboratories, the desert territory place that the Skibidi Toilets took over for themselves. They may think he was just some guy, and is dead now. But he has a few Cameramen working for him as double agents secretly. Lucky is one of them. From the perspective of everyone else during that raid, he immediately asserted commands over the other members of the first responding raiders, already had access to all surveillance of the complex beforehand, and knew where every door was to open and close them as they ran. AND had this strange device they didn't build or know about? Wouldn't you be suspicious of this guy too? He played dead in front of Plungerman and Dark Speakerman when they took his device to use it in their fight with the Chief Scientist Skibidi. And was invisible watching them fight. Dropped it to in a sense say goodbye to his comrades, then went back to where he "died" like the guy asked him to and pretended to wake up like he'd only been unconscious.
