this is actually so impressive especially because the keys are hollow so often when you play fast it sounds like tapping plastic (because you are) and you can’t even really hear it here

Wow. I'm impressed. If you have the space and finances you need to get a digital or acoustic piano. You will notice a big difference and it will be challenging at first, but I'm sure your playing will improve. I hope you continue to enjoy the experience because that's a large part of progress.
