Wow this absolutely gorgeous. Almost reminds me of the tagelharpa.

thank you so much! Tagelharpa, I'll have to check that out! is that the eastern european dulchimer thing?
@Bwalston9103 күн бұрын
@peterkohlmetzmoller It's similar, is essentially just strings that are bowed and have no frets.

www.monacor.com/products/pa-technology/speakers-/horn-speakers/low-impedance--/ku-516/ Monacor KU-516. Great for experintation, cheap, sound great, plays from 150 hz and up, so incredibly useful for resonance prjects like this one :)

@peterkohlmetzmoller2 ай бұрын
@@machinate thank you very much! The compression horn is a Monaco model, but there are also a couple of generic design online. The amazing thing about that one is that it plays from 160hz and up. So it has a very musical range! monacor-webshop.com/ku-516.html

Well this is just awesome. How are you getting that drive/distortion?
@peterkohlmetzmoller3 ай бұрын
Thank you very much James. In this example I am using Loopy Pro on my IPad with some plugins. The Ondea Martenot (Ondèa) goes to the daw through EOS 2 reverb and the a Big Muff plugin - after - the reverb, and then it all gets played through my Palme resonator speaker in the end (look at me previous posts to that one) So it’s a rather special chain. Putting drive after epic reverb is really fun, as you can swell and control the harmonics very dynamically. ❤
@JamesGiannoni3 ай бұрын
@@peterkohlmetzmoller sounds huge! Great idea, putting reverb before drive. I’ll try that out for myself.

Hey Michael! Tak 👍 Har skrevet et langt svar på engelsk i James kommentar. Eos2 igennem Big muff og ud igennem min Palme resonator. ❤
