Hopefully you can get the procedure done easily without too much issue. Good on you opening up about your mental health! This is really an issue that isn't talked about too much unless it's related to obesity or something. I totally relate to this! Cleaning my room makes a huge difference but sometimes I'm just not feeling it. Just take it slow. It would be ideal if we didn't have them but sometimes we just have to deal with it in anyway we can. There's nothing wrong with it. Don't ever tell yourself that there's something wrong with you but try your best to be kinder to yourself when you're having those days and just help yourself to make it through the day. Making videos definitely helps too! I found that when I open up in my vlogs, I feel a lot better afterwards as well. Keep it up! Love the openness and I'm really hoping for the best for you!
