Your chain hoist was probably hung up. I’ve heard of someone getting their hand crushed this way. Never get under suspended weight.

Chain breaks and he still dosen't get his hand out of the way. Never put body parts in a contact area. And ironically, towels so the paint doesn't get scratched and no sense about his arm and hands.

Careful that engine fall on your arm you won’t have an arm no more. It will shear it clean off. And you won’t notice your arm gone until the engine hits the floor.

Couple questions. I bought the same 350Z clutch fork too from Z1. I didn't buy the "upgraded" pivot ball. Is that really necessary, or can you use the Z32 one? Second ? Did you use ARP bolts for the flywheel and clutch? I debating on whether I really need them or not. Thanks.

If you’re using the z32 transmission PLEASE learn from my mistake and use the the smaller pivot ball, I order the z32 upgraded clutch fork kit which is technically a 350z fork but if your planning on using the z32 throw out bearing and sleeve you have to use the pivot ball provided in the “z32 upgraded fork kit”. I did use ARP bolts for my clutch pressure plate and flywheel bolts! Do you need them… no. But ARP is ARP for a reason, they are just better.

Correct, those of whom that cry about the cost and settle for mediocrity, get what they deserve. Speed cost and I can tell everyone here from 1st hand experience, the difference between the VG and punched out ls , is comparable to night & day on the Z32. Why not tackle this project, considering you'll be driving one best looking cars off all time? Think my assessment is wrong, the look no further than these modern eye sores, vettes, challengers, chargers and camaros(45 to 70k), need I say more?
