Wait so I’m trying to figure this out. Does the FW-190 A3 have 2x 7.92mm in the nose and the 4x 20mm cannon in the wings or 4x 7.92mm guns in nose/wings and just 2x 20mm cannons in the wings???

Loosing 3 out of 4 CVs… I feel the pain. As it is despite my IJN and now USN having numerical superiority… getting one damaged was very painful for the heart. I almost lost CV Mutsu to German SSMs when the fleet strayed too close to the opposing fleet. That was enough to put me off the game for 2 months. That said… the IJN Home Fleet of 2x2 CBG thoroughly trounced the Russian pacific fleet of 1x2 CBG. They were using Forrestal sized CVs against 4 Essex sized CVs, both having similar number of carrier borne planes… IJN ISR won and pretty much deleted their CVs in wave 1…

I swear there's been a update to carriers because I have been in massive carrier battles of 5v8 against the US and we can only do light damage to each other. Before hand, we would cripple each other. Kinda makes it hard to make a video when all the battles are stalemates

Yeah but how do i build airplanes? I can't find a button to build airplanes to give to my carriers and i can't transfer my ground planes to them. So now i have my carriers have 0 planes Edit : Nvm figured it out i just gotta paste an air unit in there

Btw I don’t know if you’re aware but if you don’t take any territory(well 0 value of territory, you can take territories that have 0 value) in a winning peace deal then you get a small boost to your base resources instead. This can be preferable to taking colonies in some cases, like if you can take the colonies in a future war by invasion instead.

Nein nein nein nein! The EEEEE-7 has a 20mm in each wing, not in the nose. Its a mini Focke ;) And it turns very well....for a 109

hi im thinking of shifting from war thunder and buying this game and also because specifically i love the fw 190, do you recommend it? is it fairly populated to multiplayer servers? thanks

I think it's a really good game, not without it's problems but solid. I'd say that the 2 main servers that everyone plays are full in the evenings most of the time. I never normally go flying without seeing anyone. Single player is good as well but can be repetitive.

In WT you could "pre trim" the 190 to counter the yaw to the left due to the engine torqu.. is there something similar that can be done in il-2? i dont own any pedals only a joystick do you have to constantly fly with the joystick twisted in order to maintain a ball-centred level flight? thanks for your time great video

@@matthewspiteri3627 The FW-190 has no in flight adjustable rudder trim. Taking off is accomplished by keeping the tail wheel locked with stick back pressure until around 100 km/h. Then, you ease off the up elevator and add rudder trim counter to the torque as required. The aircraft is less affected by the yaw affect of the motor and propeller in forward flight than other aircraft. At cruising speeds and power settings, it should require no trim. In other conditions, it might require some rudder input to set up a straight shot or not. This is how the aircraft was reported to fly by those who flew it. I'm not sure why, but if I had to guess why this is, it's because the tail and rudder are so low. It is about vertically centered behind the propeller. I'm no aerodynamicist, though. Anyway, it's quite easy to fly. Taxiing is also pretty nice compared to other aircraft. But, it's easy to spin out without locking the tail wheel using the elevator controls.

Have just found your channel. One thing though, the first 109 with underwing 2cm kannones was an F model. This was flown by Adolf Galland when he was Geshwader Kommadore of JG26. When his outfit first started to fly the 109F it was found the single 2cm kannone did't have enough hitting power to bring down some allied aircraft easily, so he had his ground crew fit a gondola under each wing containing a 2cm kannone. This enabled him to make his109 more than capable of dispatching any enemy aircrft with one burst from his three kannone. The first kannone vogel. The downside was a loss of some manouverability. This info can be found in the book defence of the Reich 109 aces. One pilot, Lt Wennerkers in his 109G6 had a 3cm MK 108 in each of his underwing gondolas. The first time he attacked B24s with his Staffel,part of JG11, he hit a B24 so hard that it reared up, hitting the B24 above it and both bombers went down. This luftkamfp is mentioned in the book I flew for the Furhrer by Heinz Knoke, his friend and Staka. Hope this info is of help.
