wont work it says control stick can not be calibrated which was the reason i clicked on the video

My iPad said it was at 6% but when I was started it for started it sorry about what I just said but anyway now it says 45 right after I forced restarted it and my old iPad don’t worry it’s charging port it works. It doesn’t have any issues. It is at 24%.

I'm using windows 8.1 and I still can't transfer my photos from my phone to my laptop or my portable drive. What an I'm doing wrong? With my other Samsung phone before note 20 I never had this problem. Hope you can help.
