There are number of shades in MAC for medium skin tones. You need to choose the one which matches your undertone! Please visit MAC website to know the shade ranges and undertone!

Hi, in mac showroom they suggested me nc 46 or nc 47 and compact powder of nc 45.. If i have to only use compact powder with concealer, can j still use nc 45 ?

Hi Mam! You can if your applying concealer for your full face. But if your applying concealer to only highlight under eyes,forehead etc then you need to use a compact that exactly matches your skin shade.
