but I saw the codes was confused??? You see there's a lot of games I want to show off, however they are so unpopular most won't check it out. The solution is to combine a few games into one video, and at least have at least one decent game in the video. Also, sometimes I get multiple fan requests, and this is a way to cover a bit more of these requests at the same time

what makes it great, I'm curious. Since at the time, I was just trying to pick games from different genres.

it's all in the description, just copy & paste it into gamehacking SNES, and it will convert it. I listed off some levels for different worlds by default, but you'll need a debugger if you want to do other levels/enemies.

the codes are in the description. If you're doing emulation, just use dolphin. If it's a modded wii u, you would just put the codes into a text file

not sure if a code could be made where you can jump into the ceiling and warp back to a pit... Only other idea is to maybe press start, and it can warp your character pixels down. probably not worth the fix.

​@@RetroCheats Yes, that would be a solution, but I would make that an individual code instead of it being part of the warp to the top code. As far as possible I like my codes to be three lines to fit with the original Game Genie specs so I always try to strip out unnecessary parts and rather make them their own code so people can tailor them to their needs. Today I don't do much game hacking though, I would like to but other things (work, etc.) takes precedence. I'm glad that you are still around posting videos about Game Genie, and that there's still some audience for Game Genie codes.

@@RetroCheats Yeah, I'm mostly focused on the NES, mostly because it has the best debuggers of them all, I tried some SNES hacking as well but the limitations of the debugger in comparison with the NES ones just made it less fun. More power to you though for handling it anyway :)

@@_polpon yea, and with snes, sometimes there's gaps in the tracelog.. I found ways around this.

most of those games you listed are not easy. I could never beat double dragon for example. I wrote in the descriptions what made my current list of games, easy.

start by doing a search, to check if you're jumping or not (falling might be part of the same address) Just do a bit of trial and error searching, and see what addresses you can narrow down.. then we'll talk about the next step.

@@RetroCheats Oh the invincible i cannot go any further since you need to kill enemies but i do have it one low health very challenging.

@@cyrex6519 instead of making the enemies invincible.. maybe they have a health counter, and you can set their default health to a higher number.

@@cyrex6519 also, the jumping guys in the sewer, maybe you can switch their mode to jump as soon as their active. In the normal game, you can kill them when they're on the edge of the screen.

Question: How did you determine 0037 is the address? I downloaded a japan castlevania & search the address 0037 in the cheat search.. and that value keeps changing.. does not match the lives in any way. (it's possible there's more than one japan version)

@@RetroCheats No, I haven't tried that yet.

@@TokusatsuGamingfan step 1, search for Equal To specific address 0037. and see if the address represents your life value (it should only change when you die). The value should either be (exactly life value, OR 1 less than life value, OR 1 more than life value). let's be certain this is the correct address before doing anything else.
