That's a cow killer ant (red velvet ant) @7:30. It's a type of wasp with a very painful sting, so glad y'all didn't pick it up! This is a fun video with some great finds!!

This is a GREAT Video and I've been binging Ron Coleman videos for months now. FIRST COFFEE recommendation = a PLUS! I've saved in my phone that plus BBQ and CHEESE shop... I'm almost as excited for the cheese as the crystals. LOL. Also - I'm an over thinker so was planning to braid my hair, pack sunscreen, (and bug repellent) so you confirmed both those items. I have heard that finding crystals is not as easy as the videos depict... so I'll be excited to find out about that. THANK you both !

The owner is a Smart man. Because He's about to get very busy. Because I have a grandson I'll take out there to dig and he'll love his Is to add to his collection. I got him started on Geo's at 5. On his birthday and then showed Australian opal Hunting. And then when he sees grandma's opal ring and realized that his mother's engagement ring was also a gym. I live in Arizona and try to get him into resident gold But it doesn't sparkle enough for him. He has chords and some semi precious. It's time for him to start learning and recognizing precious and and send my precious with the value.
