The fact that GM thinks the average Joe can afford $100-160k vehicle is nuts. There will be a surplus of 2025 vehicles heavily discounted through 2026. If you want one of these, it would serve your bank account well to wait a while before committing to purchase.

For me the narration should be describing what the video is showing. This does not happen here. So the clips are just nabbed from another video and with an incongruent voice over narration. Disappointing as I was really interested in a robust comparison of these two vehicles which really occupy iconic status.

If Nissan is all that great and reliable, then why the talk about the company merger with Honda? Worst vehicle I ever owned was a Nissan. I've had plenty Ford's that were all very reliable. This video seemed to lean toward the Nissan, when if you do a close comparison, the Ford offers a little more with better payload and towing capacity. The Nissan looks dated both inside and out.

Some of your info is incorrect on the trims and what included and pricing. For example the Grand Highlander XLE is the intro trim and does not come with leather seats. And the 4Runner's prices start at $40K for the SR5 and goes up to $66,900 for the Trailhunter model before taxes and delivery fees etc..

I purchased the 2024 Grand Highlander. Returned it. Got the 2025 Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. I did the Toyota jump for the Sante Fe!!! Its better in every way!! Hyundai and Kia will take over Toyotas and Hondas in a few years. You get so much more for what you pay for.

A Landcruiser is not an SUV. It’s an off roader
@motornationofficial17 күн бұрын
Any vehicle that has a body on frame chassis, and has 4x4 capability is termed as SUV, there is no such terms called as off-roaders in automotive market. It is a term used by dealers to fool the buyers. If the vehicle can go off road, they call it off roader, while originally its an SUV. I am not trying to offend you but I am just helping out consumers and my viewers with real knowledge.

If I’m doing roughly 1k miles a week. What savings on fuel we can talk about on hybrid mode??? Still can’t workout how much it’s actually gonna cost driving on motorways most of a time and is it actually gonna worth buying hybrid version? Or get diesel one?
@motornationofficial19 күн бұрын
For any hybrid cars, it takes 100 to 150 miles of drive on fuel to give you an electric range of 30-35 miles. Only in Plug in hybrid vehicles you can charge your battery externally and use the electric range. And coming onto which one is worth if you drive your car more than 100-15om miles per day, then a hybrid makes sense for you, as hybrid vehicles are costlier and the replacement of batteries will also cost you more amount.
@m5aleks16 күн бұрын
@ say for example, I have to drive today 500 miles on my hybrid new transit van. And im not gonna charge my battery before my journey. So what benefit will be from hybrid? Is it gonna save me any miles from using petrol? Or it’s gonna be full journey of 500 miles only on petrol engine? Coz last year I have rent Toyota hybrid for a week. And from 700 miles driving it without any charges hybrid battery cost of fuel was only 40 sterling.
@motornationofficial16 күн бұрын
@@m5aleks Any hybrid will give you an electric range of 30-40 miles or maximum 50 miles. Now say you are going to drive 500 miles, so in this drive the battery will get charged while you drive. Then after those 500 miles you are able to use those electric miles where in you won't require any petrol to drive the vehicle. I don't know the precise data for this vehicle so please take the data just as an example.
