Shaving cream--- I love it. While you've got the can in your hand, use it to lubricate baseball gloves. I played college ball and we rubbed that it once a week and it works great.

Nice review! First I got excited when I saw it was going to be gear broken down by tray and would cover the large size Okachobee Fats. Then I became sad. My wife is Asian. She bought me my boat to catch her fresh fish to eat, so I don't bass fish unless there's nothing edible to catch :) I'll be organizing Pike, Walleye, panfish, river fishing, etc in mine. Very different setup. You did a great job of organizing, and I can see how it works great for you.

What carpet cleaner vacuum is that?
@tadeloach222 жыл бұрын
Bissell pet I believe
@mariepatriss18642 жыл бұрын
Would this disinfectant the carpet as well? Or is it more for just getting out stains. Since the carpet on our boat gets wet after use and then we cover it. Plus add the heat from the sun sitting outside, I’m worried about mold, fungus etc. starting to grow in the carpet. Either way great video though! Love the tip!
@tadeloach222 жыл бұрын
I imagine it has some surfactants in it to disenfect, but for what you are talking about, I would use a foam cannon on a pressure washer with extra strength dawn dish soap. Foam it, scrub it in, then pressure wash it out. Use a shop vacuum to pull the extra water out.

About to see if this will work on a 9 year old boat carpet
@vociferonheraldofthewinter22843 жыл бұрын
Thing that nobody wants to know: When I was a CNA for disabled adults I had to change diapers. We'd spray that shaving cream all over the 'pile' and the client's privates to cut the smell and help get them clean. You open the diaper, spray the doo, wipe off the bulk and remove the diaper, spray the client again, then use giant baby wipes to finish off. Just because your client has the mind of a month old doesn't mean they don't produce the fuzz and the doo of a full grown man. This worked like a charm. Years later, when I had my own kids, I used this trick for big jobs. That shaving cream is like magic and nothing cuts the smell better.

Trent, we watched the video, we are going there in a couple of weeks, can't wait. I see you were using worms and ragtails, were you using weights with them or just putting them on the hook? Saw the chatterbait was working but we always get stuck with those out there....
@tadeloach223 жыл бұрын
The Bait of the day was zoom baby brush hog on 1/4 weight. We didn't catch many on moving baits except the 2 chance caught after my big one. He caught those on a small buzz Bait. We were up in the Bys and fish were positioned on up current side of the trees. I love that place! Best of luck!

You didn't show or tell if you wet the carpet BEFORE applying the shaving cream. Please let me know. Thanks.
@tadeloach223 жыл бұрын
I applied it dry and rubbed it in. I would think if you do it wet, it would break down the cream to much and make it where it couldn't work into the stains as well. Wouldn't hurt to try a spot though.
