Nah sir or brother, the title and the thumbnail had me. But, I really wish I could just get the same video(not yours because you released it today) but that video would've made the journey 2 years instead of a year quitting that rubbish thing(thank god). But, its just me that I simply didn't leave it. Though at the end, thanks for making quality content like this everyday. Hope god makes you a millionaire at one point (that was random lol) but yeah this is still even at the point of relapsing was important for me!

Self improvement will only ever destroy your life if you don’t actually improve. Obsessing over your goals and being ambitious is great, but if you’re lazy, you’re ultimately not going to achieve these goals. The worst life you can life is a life full of ambitious while being lazy. You’re not blissfully ignorant and unaware to your actions anymore so you know the consequences of living a lazy life. You look at it from a room temperature iq perspective and realize that your life has gotten worse from self improvement. It’s only gotten worse because you’re now simply aware of the dangerous path you’re on, but you don’t know that. Or perhaps you do, but either way, you now use this as an excuse, blaming it on “modern day self improvement” rather than your own inability to improve.
@iwantheapostle2 ай бұрын
It's not about being ambitious, but lazy. Have you even watched the video? I'm talking about the ego, which is a completely different thing. Improving yourself is a good thing. But do you improve yourself by being an egoist? The message of that video is to make you understand that you should always strive to become the best version of yourself, not the richest one. But thank you brother for your comment:D
@MrTaker_2 ай бұрын
@ I hope you’re here to be genuinely authentic and do what you think is good for your viewers. But either way, when you go to the extent of saying the recent self improvement influencers are bad and are bringing you onto a bad path, if what you’re saying is true, which is what the viewer presumably believes, you’re contradicting their advice and self improvement tactics which ultimately will lead people to believe the previous good habits they’ve been doing aren’t actually good for them. The general idea someone gets when they watch this video is not “let me think about this guys advice and try to implement it to see if I get better results”, it’s “wow all these self improvement influencers suck, I’m not gonna listen to them for advice anymore”. Take that as you want, but I don’t believe that’s a good thing to be promoting. I’ve brung up the combination of ambition and laziness as an example of why this version of self improvement which you say doesn’t work, may not work for someone. I don’t need to explain further what I wrote in the previous comment, but And I don’t think having an ego is a bad thing. Having an ego is based on how much you value yourself and your importance, and you can look up the definition of you want. I think the word you’re looking for instead is arrogance. Arrogance is when you have this ego and high self importance and because of that you devalue other people or their opinions. You can argue whether or not these self improvement influencers are arrogant but I don’t really care too much because that’s really just down to opinions. I get the messaging behind becoming the best version of yourself rather than the richest one, but ultimately by becoming the best version of yourself, you’re going to be massively successful in some endeavor, and a lot of the time the best version of yourself is also the richest version of yourself. I’m not saying that specifically means you should just only focus on money, but becoming the best version of yourself is often going to mean you’re extraordinarily wealthy, and it’s very difficult to truly say you’re at your best if you haven’t achieved a high level of success and freedom. Overall, this specific message is correct but the way it is framed is as if striving for money and success is a bad thing and most viewers aren’t gonna break this down to try and get the true meaning behind your statement and rather just take it at face value.
@MrTaker_2 ай бұрын
@ It’s not really that I dislike most of your advice, but that the way you go about it seems unauthentic. I think you can help people with your advice bro, but this is not the right way to do it. You’re trying to take down others to make yourself seem as if you’re better than these other guys and the audience should only listen to you. You will not get an actual audience from that. Sure the drama brings in some attention, but in the long run you’re just riding a hate train and the only people who watch are just here for the drama. I think you should instead just focus on what you can do specifically to help your viewers.

Alright, I finally found the reason why. Its kind of my family who was probably brainwashed by the matrix/illuminati 1.They think that freelancing is useless and it doesn't gives people a lot of money. Since I have seen in the news that people are making a lot of money via freelancing or notioning as what you said in the video brother. 2.THEY believe that school is the only way to get rich, if that was the case all of my teachers would have a lambo by now(lul) 3.They think that work-from home jobs are more trash and terrible other than going to the office. Office is mostly a place of nothing but rats other than if the place is nicely built and workers aren't put thru so much pressure. But still work-from home even, if its a job does seem way better and way pressure-free 4.They think that I should study and "I NEED TO BE COMPETITIVE" they keep saying, like brother no one ever told me to be competitive. If I wanna be competitive I should say to myself that I should be competitive myself right? 5.They think that it will require more screen time, I told them it only takes 10 minutes a day but they just won't listen NO Matter how many times I gave them the kid-level of realization on why I should be doing this as well as being a fresher at school, they just will not listen and ignore me like I am a freaking rat. Most of the job sector nowadays became a rat race. Tell me what should I do because I am not even sure about it myself Should I keep learning the skills only without them knowing? I hope so but I still want your answer for this question because brother you are more knowable than me
@iwantheapostle6 ай бұрын
Bro... Just work. They are right btw. 10 years ago school was important. Now it's more about skills and your network. They are also right that you should be competitive. This month I focused on topics around discipline, most of them can help you to learn more about healthy competitiveness... So... Stay tuned! To be honest with you... You have to be a savage. Life is full of difficult decisions and sometimes risking everything is the way. I don't know your plans, but if you want to try entrepreneurship, keep learning. Start working. The only thing I can promise you is... You will have to work no matter what you'll do. Work is the prize on its own. So... Just pick something that you really care about and you really like and you can easily scale higher. I wish I could help you more brother, but I'm at my scout camp right now, so I can't really give you more advice right now. But I hope you'll find the answers! Keep the hard work bro!
