I saw some clips from test footage films of STPII especially the Engineering section that showed the warp core and I have to admit it looked very cheesy

Flip it upside down and you have the ship from the b-horror movie Night of The Creeps which is shown at the end of the movie.

Before KZbin there were only two games I would ever play all the way though multiple times just to hear the ending song Portal and MDK...

Is this an XL version or standard size?

The movie version is my favourite (I always prefer more futuristic versions of their originals) but the new TV series version has good design parts.

I think they could have done a better job with the A, in hindsight. Some parts look really off. Maybe other models improved over time?

I am kinda disappointed, that you didn't accentuated (is that a word?) the nacelles, they are supposed to move up during Warp speed, do they on the model? It's larger, more detailed, one would assume, that it does have movable parts indeed. And the brochure shows a picture, where the stand is applied in the back section, like with the smaller (regular) version. Is the brochure for the regular version, just shipped with the XL, or is it possible to actually display the ship in both "configurations"?

To be honest, the 2004 film version of Thunderbird 2 is my favorite version because, to be frank, the other two version look more like cargo war planes.

Strange, the deflector doesn’t look the same as it does in the main picture. This is originally the 4 foot studio model that has that fatter deflector section, I have yet to find a single model kit that gets it right. The odyssey is a good battle to see it up close

I love my ze50 r135, i like the simplicity of it. It’s a car, not to braggy and not to posh. It’s simple, cheap to drive and the range is really good.

I have never liked the Voyager and have never bothered to order one. It just seemed like a silly little ship design. While the Pathfinder is a direct evolution from Voyager, it looks soooo much better. It is amazing what a few tweaks can do. I have one on order right now, just waiting for it to arrive.

Thanks for this! I have the regular NX-01, and i love this show and the ship so much, i'm contemplating getting the XL one too!

When it comes to canon, they could perhaps say that Phase II Enterprise and other ships were refitted as "test ships" for the new technology that would lead to the other refitting of the 1979 motion picture (Phase III). That after the 5 year mission, and maybe after Kirk became an Admiral, a new or somewhat new crew's mission was to take the Enterprise out there to test it's new tech to see what needed fixing and what could be improved, since refit Enterprise had some problems that Spock fixed in the movie, and after Star-fleet decided that the Phase II Project had reached it completion it was decided to refit the test ships and regular ships for the final refitting which was that of the movies.

just a question do you know if anybody has tryed to separate the saucer section from the drive section.. has the three in pin system been replicated on the larger model like the smaller eaglemoss version. would you reccommend separation if i try and fail that is on me totally 100 % extra careful curious to see if that is a possibilty i love the channel thank you
