So i wasn't imagining it! I wonder why Arenanet felt the need to rerecord those lines. They feel less heated. In the fractal version you hear in Mai Trin's voice that she is fighting for her life/freedom.

Thanks for the heads up. I usually lower the volume since my pc is always on 100% and then on raid nights lower it more since i need to hear what my guild says. Will pay more attention.

@@denikehi4579 lol Yeah, I went back to record Snargle on another character but he was already gone for that one as well. Kippo is just the kind of character and dialog that Nolan North is really good at though I do miss the interaction he had with his female editor from the EotN lol

That's how it used to be when Covid made it impossible to ensure the safety of voice actors and other involved talent. Voice acting was added later.

The whole of GW2 from a charr's perspective is up on the channel ^^ but this part of the story: It hits hard and is a great testament to the Commander's character. Which is why i decided to record it again. Thanks for the comment!
