these men and boys as young as 18 before this war were mere carpenters, builders, factory workers, clerks and in mere months they were rushing an almost suicidal charge on a heavily defended beach all because that country has been the aggresor and to them they had to win it as simple as that

80 years ago many men and women fought for the freedom of millions of people in Europe and never in their years did they think that the country they fought for will send up like this. We are quickly losing these heroes as every month nearly 150 of America’s veterans die. So I would like to thank all the people involved in that bloody war for their service and hope they know that they are not forgotten.

The Greatest Generation is a title for yall to hold and with such lack of Patriotism in this country I believe that America will never be what you wanted, trained, fought, lost brothers, and died for.
