... Not only did full throttle break ground in the computer gaming sphere for its technical abilities (full rock band soundtrack, full motion video, 3d renders), it (to me) has a very powerful ending - its a bittersweet one, not a happy one, something rarely seen in PC games until that point. I keep thinking back to Ben's decision to leave Maureen. You can tell that some time has passed since the gorge incident and the funeral - and their relationship seemed already to be going tense. I think there might have been a lot of soul sesrching on Ben's part after the promise he made to Malcolm, and that Maureen wouldn't be able to reach her full potential with him around. ... seriously, this would make for a great movie script.

Ben, I understand it all, but you really got to stop using regular screws for securing the front wheel of your bike (15:48).

This was a great game... not much for replay value but awesome animation, violence, comedy. The puzzling parts were pretty good too.

Increíble todavía lo perfecto de Mark Hamill como Ripburger, ademas de ser un juego de LucasArts lo que marcó otra colaboración suya con LucasFilms despues de Star Wars.

After Ben is hit in the head, Ripburguer's henchman takes a motorcycle and goes ahead... whose motorcycle did he take, if Ben's motorcycle is there?

Ben's. Bolus simply hid, and rode it back after the Polecats passed him. Then sabotaged it.

Gonna get hate for this, but I just finished this game and it was just..okay to me. It had funny moments, but without this guide, I would have not been able to beat this game; it was so obscure.

Amazing game, shame it is so short. If you know what you're doing you can complete it in a ridiculously short time. Where as something like Curse of Monkey Island still takes quite a while to get through even if you know everything to do.

The smartphone has killed IT. The desktop alone is not required anymore to browse the web. Whenever I get a look at a game like this, I remember the time the opposite was true. I miss the '90s...all those legacy keyboards, first USB 1.1 ports on motherboards, dial-up modems, 3dfx cards and even the boxes of all this stuff. The atmosphere itself. By the way, the point-and-click genre itself is dead too. I thought back then it would be a lot better in the future. I couldn't know then I would turn out to be that wrong. I still keep the old hardware, by the way. Even the old modem, namely a USR Courier 20.16 mHz, is still here . As well as some Voodoo2 cards.

Point & click has had a bit of resurgence since Tim Schafer launched that Double Fine Adventure kickstarter campaign. Though it'll never be as front and center as it was in the 90's.

I feel so sorry for the absolute degradation of IT as they all don't make games like this anymore. The entire genre is dead. The internet has turned into some piece of Tiktok. I despise my master's in CS and don't want to be associated with it.

One of my favourite games. I still remember how long it took me to get what was to be done in where Maureen lives. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel the way it did when I put it on in 1996 for the first time. Have I grown up ? This sucks. I do miss the '90s!!!

It's crazy that I'm 37 years old and still think about this game. It's just perfect. From the soundtrack, which reminds me of the music from "Vampires" by John Carpenter, to the desert scenery, the game is a masterpiece.

Around this phase of games I was playing this and Star Wars Dark Forces, Thank You Lucas Arts, Good Times! I loved them both so much. So Classic..Sort of unrelated, but around that time I also happened upon the original Dungeon Siege, just as I was trying to hunt down a classic D&D type game. Not LucasArts, that title but still totally awesome.

The remaster looks lazy and sounds cheap. The original was richer in both. Big kudos to the devs for doing the work nevertheless.
