this is a good start, but then the tongue is pulled upwards to the soft gum and holded there for long time and even during Yoga exercises, and then, after a while, if the frenum is not to much holding it, we fold it back behind in the upper cavity where the nostrils come out and close nostrils with it and also keep it on the upper dome-like cavity between the nostrils. This is an ancient practice from Yoga and is called Khechari Mudra, and it strenghens the Vagus nerve and leads into good meditation. i needed around three years to master it, and there have to be some certain conditions before you can undertake it.

From the last 2 min.... I am that person who really takes time to react on emotion. Like jokes and funny things that show up on tv on in front of me. Some people around me just laught instantly and they react like intantly , and laudly, or with scary stuff, just screaming by almost sometimes nothing that is worth sreaming and more stuff like this, is wierd. Then i am like, i dont have feeling or they are overeacting? Are they just trying to free themselves from theyier minds / boredom by reacting this way or what is happening? I was never that person who react with a crazy laught or going all in on critizing or diminish people, people think i am always sad but inside i am happy. I dont show much emotions but i am in peace , calm and focused. Its wierd i dont eaven know how to explain. Hope its not too confusing. Great video !! I will stick aroung for more of this great stuf

i practice chin tucks as well. it's all about healing and developing the kinetic chain, developing enough mobility/flexibility/strength to move efficiently and economically. i'll be doing these things for the rest of my life. it's a brain thing as well. say you work long hours at a desk job and neglect posture, and you develop forward head posture and slumped shoulders. if you do that for years and years, your body becomes "patterned" in that way; your brain wires itself to repeat that pattern of bad posture. so you have to develop a new pattern - ie chin tuck, so that ears are aligned with shoulders which are aligned with hips, chest is out a bit, shoulders are back; and you repeat that habit for years and your brain will rewire itself

spread your legs, and get squat shoes like nike romaleos 4 (get them in a size above usual, maybe because they are quite small) Spreading your legs will allow you to keep a more straight back, because your femur is not as obstructed by your pelvis :)

@trubizDD54
@trubizDD54 3 ай бұрын
@@5nuss I’m sorry you think I’m miserable, it’s quite the opposite. I’m not sure why you have to throw such slander… I just thought we were having a plain old discussion. I used to watch strongman and pick them apart with my biomechanics professor, who was/is an Emiratis professor mind you…. The arm is being abducted and slightly internally rotated. This is in an attempt to get more of the pectoralis muscle recruited. The expansion of the rib cage, as you call it, is due to the lengthening of the intercostal muscles and the diaphragm. All of this combined helps to increase Valsalva pressures (yes this is the proper use of the word pressure) and allow for greater loads to be placed on/throughout the spine. With the humerus in that position, and having to grab the weight towards midline with both arms, the subscapularis is a major influencer and how long they can hold a heavy stone. If you are training for the bench press, you should train the subscap!!! If you can wrap your head around this, the benchpress is technically a posterior exercise! You’re only as strong as your foundation…. I would love to sit down and have a real discussion. But I wouldn’t want to leave you feeling miserable afterwards….

Lets chat weight belts.... They are not to be worn around the waist and "have your abs pushing against it", PERIOD! -- In Fact, the weight belt is truly designed to be worn at the bottom 1/3-1/14 of the rib cage. Its purpose is to assist in creating greater Valsalva within the chest cavity. THIS is keeps the spine erect and strong, which translates to DIRECTED increases in force/s throughout the system (e.g. leg drive, glute drive, blah blah blah..... TENSEGRITY is a model for which to understand the capacity for strength in the body!

@@5nuss if you don’t lift with weight belts then how can you discuss anything relevant to them? If you don’t know the purpose of what they do or how to utilize them correctly and why are you mentioning their use? Is this a better dialogue? Perhaps invite me on for a podcast and let’s discuss the science of some of what you say. I gladly welcome a disagreement but I still don’t see you referencing anything scientific in any of your videos or talks. Furthermore the discussion of “pressures“ is a extremely ambiguous term and thus needs to be Operationally defined. There’s always going to be pressures within side the body and its cavities. I think what you’re referring to is more about tensile strength, muscle length/tension ratios, recruitment patterns, and fascial pliability.

SAID principle; Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands. It's completely ironic because he then says he respects intellectual honesty whilst being completely intellectually dishonest, but more likely just completely ignorant of the terms he's using. With a basic google search he could have learned that "SAID stands for Specific Adaptation for Imposed Demands. At its core, the SAID principle dictates that the body's response to stress or demand is specific to the demand imposed. In simpler terms, if we want our bodies to adapt to a particular stressor or activity, we must expose them to that specific stressor." A Specific Adaptation to an Imposed Demand does not mean "just how it relates to walking". For Mike Moochiolo, let me explain, if your goal is to get bigger biceps and you pursue hypertrophic training using a dumb bell, and get a bigger bicep, that is the SAID principle in action. Let me simplify for Mike... Your goal is to get bigger You specifically impose a demand to achieve this goal. SAID principle in action...
